Appointments for Children & Young People

Children aged 0–12
A parent or legal guardian is required to attend sessions with children under 12.

Young people aged 13–18
Clients aged 13–18 book an adult appointment type (this reflects the time required). A parent or guardian is welcome and encouraged to attend. The level of involvement is guided by the young person’s comfort and needs and can be discussed collaboratively during the session.

Forms & Preparation

For new clients, a confidential health history and consent form must be completed before your appointment. This ensures sessions are safe, supportive, and tailored to individual needs.

If forms are not completed prior to the session, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payment is required for all appointments.

  • Online payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • In‑person payments are processed via Zeller

This practice does not store card details. All payment information is handled directly by the relevant provider.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment

  • Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours are charged 100% of the appointment fee

Short‑term rescheduling may be accommodated at discretion. Rescheduling further into the future may be treated as a cancellation.
