Mieken Falkenbach Holistic Healing provides holistic and complementary health services, which may include kinesiology, holistic counselling, guided meditation, Reiki, intuitive and energy-based support.
These services are intended to support wellbeing and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care where required.
2. Client Responsibility
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:
Participation is voluntary
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices
Outcomes vary from person to person
No guarantees are made regarding results
3. Bookings & Payments
All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking
Bookings are managed via Cliniko, a third-party practice management system
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
We do not store payment card details
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our full Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available on this website.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined in that policy, including applicable fees for late cancellations and no-shows.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment:
Your session may be shortened to finish at the scheduled time
The full session fee will still apply
This ensures fairness to other clients.
6. Telehealth Services
Where services are provided via phone or video:
You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet space
Internet-based communication carries inherent security risks
We cannot guarantee absolute privacy of online communications
By proceeding, you consent to these limitations.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
