Support is available in a few different ways, depending on what feels most accessible for you right now.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on — and you don’t need to commit beyond the first step.
1:1 Sessions
Gentle, integrative support — in person or online
One-to-one sessions offer a calm, supportive space to work with whatever is present for you — emotionally, physically, or energetically.
Sessions are paced to your system and guided by what feels most supportive in the moment. There is no expectation to talk everything through or to arrive with a clear agenda.

You don’t need to prepare anything. We begin exactly where you are.
While our work is deeply supportive of your emotional and nervous system health, it is also a practical pathway for physical ease.
By connecting how emotional, energetic stressors can present in your muscles and physical body we can gently release chronic physical tension and pain that has felt stuck or resistant to change.

Support Pathways
Some people choose to work together over a small number of sessions rather than treating support as a one-off.
These pathways are not about committing to a long process — they simply offer continuity, which often allows patterns to soften more gently and sustainably.
Options
3-session support pathway
Ideal for integrating a specific theme or navigating a current life transition.
6-session support pathway
A deeper container for long-standing patterns and building sustainable nervous system resilience.
There is no obligation to choose a pathway. We can always take things one session at a time.
Session Investment
To maintain a grounded and sustainable practice, sessions are priced according to the time and depth we share.

Pathway options (3 or 6 sessions) are available and can be discussed during our initial time together to ensure they align with your current needs and capacity.
